Wow, following the discussions we had last night and Yan's comment, I've got two things: -Why is it that IF publicity/marketing worked well in the US, regarding cigarettees, people still do drugs and also drink and drive as much (or so it seems)? -Subject change: here is a link to an article recommanding that we do not heat places over 19° in the Winter http://www.19degres.fr/ but it is indeed (as Ian said) not a law. Why is it that that brainwashing campaign had so much effect on me, on Yan, and on Didier as well apparently? (This also means that that campaign crossed boarders!)
